INTRO TO SUSHI MAKING
For the first time ever, ORA’s Executive Chef, Nobuyuki Ura, will lead an intimate sushi-making masterclass.
With decades of experience as a renowned kaiseki chef, Ura brings a deep respect for Japanese culinary tradition, precision and technique. In this small-group class, he will guide guests through the fundamentals of sushi making; from preparing the rice to shaping and assembling beautifully balanced pieces.
With only 10 seats available, this is a rare opportunity to learn directly from one of Sydney’s most accomplished Japanese chefs in the stunning ORA setting.
Guests will enjoy a welcome drink on arrival before stepping behind the counter to learn the craft. At the end of the class, you’ll sit down to taste the sushi you’ve created together.
