We are honoured to be celebrating 250 years of the Hachinohe Brewery alongside Executive Director Hideyuki Komai.
To mark this milestone occasion, we will be hosting an intimate dinner of only 24 guests in which you will enjoy 6 courses alongside 6 exquisite Mutsu Hassen sakes.
The Hachinohe Brewery specialises in inventive, delicious sake focusing on all local organic and natural rice, Aomori yeast and their unique white koji starter technique.
