Join us in February & March for our Autumn omakase menu.

Omakase seatings are available Wednesday, Thursday & Friday for a 6:30pm start. There are only 10 seats available and booking is essential.

HASSUN

Paradise prawn, mozuku seaweed, junsai, cucumber, tosazu jelly
Sake steamed WA pearl meat, French caviar, ume sauce
Yuba, mizuna ohitashi
Roast duck, sweet dashi soy
Fried asparagus with rice cracker 

SUIMONO

NZ storm shell, dashi clear soup, mitsuba 

OTSUKURI
Tuna, Ora salmon, salmon roe, cuttlefish 

MUSHIMONO

Mud crab chawanmushi, French truffle, ginkgo nuts, English spinach, bamboo shoots, shiitake 

NIMONO

Japanese sweet pumpkin, winter melon, baby eggplant, WA octopus, okra, dashi broth 

OSHINOGI

Steamed Kagoshima Unagi rice, sliced egg 

NIGIRI

Chef’s best selection from the market

TOMEWAN

Nameko mushroom, tofu, spring onion 

DESSERT

Goma kuzumochi, kuromitsu, kinako, raspberry ice cream, berries
