Our 6-course menu highlights house favourites including Tempura Balmain Bug San Choi Bao and a selection of nigiri, but will also tempt your taste buds with an exquisite Tasmanian salmon tartare with white truffle miso sauce.
Lovers will be treated to a Valentine’s cocktail or mocktail on arrival.
