We are thrilled to be partnering with Haku Vodka during the month of August to offer an exclusive 7 course banquet and a signature Haku martini on arrival for $110 per person.
The menu has been imagined by Executive Chef Nobuyuki Ura and harnesses the Haku vodka throughout.
The Haku Martini combines Haku vodka, Lillet blanc, Tantakan shochu infused italicus to create a refreshing floral palate cleanser with notes of bergamot, citrus and white flowers.
